If you are not completely satisfied with your LittleBitGreen product, please contact us so we can help you. As a team of just two, we aim to ensure every customer is happy with our product and service. After all, we have two aims, to have happy customers and a happier planet.
However, should you wish to return any product(s), the item(s) must be unused and with any tags intact. Please note that you will be responsible for the cost of returning an unwanted item to us. When your items have been successfully received, we will issue a refund – not including any shipping costs – and you will receive a confirmation email. We’ll need the following to determine the issue:
- Your order number
- Product name and code
- Photos of the fault
- Description of the fault
Please note we are unable to provide refunds on certain items, such as
